Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, client feedback and required revisions.

Final ownership of completed website files is transferred to the client after project completion and settlement of agreed fees.

Information submitted through contact forms, project enquiries or client portal registration may be used solely for communication regarding services and projects.

Personal information is not sold to third parties.

Domain Policy

Maksims Studio is a website design and development business.

Domain names may be registered, configured or transferred only where necessary for a website project or related digital service.

Maksims Studio does not operate as a standalone retail domain marketplace and does not actively advertise or promote domain sales as an independent service.

Where a domain is registered on behalf of a client, ownership may be transferred to the client upon request and subject to registry requirements.

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activities, phishing, malware distribution, spam, intellectual property infringement or other abusive behaviour.

Projects suspected of violating applicable law may be refused or terminated.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design and development work, refunds are assessed individually based on work completed.

Any agreed deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has begun.
